How to Skype

With Skype you can Video Call, Chat or send SMS text with one person, or a group of people, in the Skype contact list.

On the TV Remote – Press “Input” Button until “HDMI-1” appears

Click on the Skype Video Call icon in the Home Page screen or on these links:

Video Call  - to skypeOur - a test call, then Hangup and call your own contact(s)

Chat Instant Message - to skypeOur

Send SMS Text  - via Skype to a mobile phone

Audio Test Call - to check your mic & speakers & internet connection - to echo123

Login using your own Skype name and password (with your own contacts list).

With Skype Credit, Skype accounts can call 2-10 remote site participants via Group Video Conferencing.

To complete the call & disconnect, click on the Hang-Up icon.

Please sign out of Skype only - i.e. in the Skype main window, click on Skype/Sign Out. This leaves Skype still running, but you will need to login again with a Skype name and password to make and receive calls.

On the TV Remote – Press the red Power Button to turn off the television.
