TelePresence Remote Management Services (RMS) : Post deployment managed service offer that remotely monitors TelePresence products for overall health and availability. The RMS Assisted Managed Support Service is available globally and includes - 24x7x365 monitoring of TelePresence devices, - 24x7x365 Service Desk for live attendant assistance, - Incident, Change and Problem management, - E-mail notifications during incident lifecycle, - Basic service training, and - Monthly performance reports - TelePresence Essential Operate Service is a pre-requisite for TelePresence RMS service. All products under management by the TelePresence Remote management Service must be covered by an active TelePresence Essential Operate Service.
