Notes: Before changing any connections, please turn off your equipment - the codec, screen and laptop/PC, etc. This reduces the risk of equipment damage due to static electricity or other issues. Your PC/Laptop is ideally running Windows 10 . . . and for safety has Microsoft Security Essentials installed. . . and be very careful not to trip on any cables.
Step 1 - Setup and Test your Skype Audio & Video, and your IP bandwidth in your Conference Room:

a WI-FI connection or a Cat-5 IP cable - from the VSS-1 System, or your laptop or PC to the internet.
the VSS-1 System, or a Laptop/PC with a webcam and mic & a Skype account (a paid account for Skype GVC - Skype Group Video Calling).
Step 2 - Connect your Laptop or PC directly to your room video LCD/Plasma screen & speakers
Here are the connections you need for this step 2:
an HDMI Cable - this is the preferred cable to link your VSS-1 System, or your Laptop/PC to your Room Video LCD/Plasma.
Other common Input Connectors on your LCD, Plasma or Projector are DVI, Component, VGA, Composite, s-Video
